Cornelius: It certainly is, Tippy. And what is our rule about mini-skirts and thigh boots?
Tippy: Just. Don't.
Cornelius: Right. And Miss Belle, here, might think that such rules don't apply to such a delightful looking creature as her. But listen to me, Aurora, darling, they do. Twice over. In fact, the only good thing about this combo is that it is so hideous it is actually distracting us from the shocking waistcoat, not to mention the length of that hemline.
Tippy: I just hope she'd had an Anjsbourgan wax.
Cornelius: Quite. One out of ten. It'd be zero, but at least those boots are brown.
