#118:Chemistry Experiment
There's a particular biochemical theory of mine that's
never worked out experimentally. I've checked and
rechecked my methods, but every trial has left me with
the same unusable solid. On my last try, I finally got it
working!
In the experiment, I took some embryonic avian cells and
placed them in an emulsion with these chemicals:
C12 H22 O11
NaCl
NaHCO3
KHC4H4O6
I then added a quantity of white fluid, a strong-smelling
brown liquid and a fine white powder. I placed the resulting
mixture into a ventilated container and heated it uniformly.
Remarkably, the odour of my experiment was so
overpowering that my labmates rushed over to see what
I was doing!
What were the final three substances I used?

Newguard Ruins
Little is known of the ruins east of Port
Newguard. Records are incomplete
and contradictory, but most historians
agree that the ruins are the site of a
fortress several centuries old.
Archaeological evidence suggests that
the fortress was expanded and rebuilt
several times during its existence.
