ARTISTS\' QUARTER PART 1
The artists Quarter of Perplex City
was originally a small town called
Amandier. Much like Toricho,
Amandier was subsumed by the city
as it expanded outwards. The area fell
into disrepair in the middle of the 100s as
people moved out to newer districts,
with the trend only reversing a few
decades ago when the Council
embarked on a regeneration project.
